Time & pay
Leave, overtime and payroll.
Every request, offer and hour worked lands on the same schedule it affects, so approvals are made with coverage in view and payroll starts from a reviewed record.
| Code | Description | Hours |
|---|---|---|
| REG | Regular | 80.00 |
| OT15 | Overtime 1.5× | 6.50 |
| CT | Comp time earned | 4.00 |
| SICK | Sick leave | 8.00 |
Leave
Leave requests and approvals
People request leave from their calendar, on the web or their phone. Supervisors review requests for their units and see what an approval does to the shift before they make it.
- Full or partial days, including overnight
- Split one request across banks
- The shift is filled in from the person’s schedule
- Coverage after approval shown before approving
Overtime
Overtime offers in agency order
Identify who can work, make offers in order, and keep the acceptance and assignment history. Overtime taken as comp time credits the bank at your agency’s conversion rate.
- Eligible people offered in your configured order
- Accept or decline from a phone
- Taken as pay or comp time
- Every offer and answer on record

Also included
Additional time and pay features.
Leave banks
Vacation, sick and comp time with opening balances, monthly accruals, effective dates and optional caps. Every change stays in the bank history.
Court and subpoenas
Record court dates or import them. Officers answer each subpoena: will attend, on call or on leave. Court during a shift is attended on duty.
Worked time
Hours worked are reviewed and approved against the schedule before they reach payroll.
Off-duty jobs
Off-duty details go on the calendar against an agency job list and stay off the payroll export.
Payroll export
A CSV in your pay codes and payroll identifiers. Closed periods are preserved; reopening one requires a reason.
Vendor delivery, not yet
Direct delivery to ADP and Workday is built but not yet validated against a live vendor account. Until then, payroll gets the CSV.
Request a demonstration.
A live walkthrough of the software using a fictional police department and 911 center. No personnel data is needed.
