Organizational structure

Keep everyone in one list or organize people into bureaus, divisions, districts, units and teams, named however you name them. Each unit carries its own type of work: law enforcement, dispatch, fire or EMS.

Role-based access

Administrators manage agency setup. Supervisors manage the units assigned to them. Everyone else sees their own schedule, requests, balances and records.

Individual account invitations

Each person activates their own account from a time-limited, single-use invitation, so administrators control who joins.

Data import

Import people, leave balances, certifications and court dates from CSV. Every import is checked before it commits and can be reversed.
